The Canadian-run Grand Casino is full of surprises, one of them being just how excellent the cuisine is at its expensive, upmarket Tokyo restaurant. The atmosphere here is much more sedate than the loose-limbed Kabuki, while the sushi, tempura and noodle dishes are the best Japanese food you’ll fi nd in the Baltics. Ask for the perch boiled in rice wine or try the excellent maki sushi.
