Flying Fish

Head chef Peter Kuruvita has a menu which is essentially modern Australian with a strong emphasis on seafood and seasonal dishes, such as a mouth-watering snapper curry. It’s been established since January 2004, but already has a great reputation. Flying Fish is located on an original heritage wharf site and has stunning views of the harbour. Valet parking is also available.
