Singapore City / Dining / Ikukan

Ikukan
Meaning ‘different space’, Ikukan could just as easily be described as ‘little space’, but one suspects that adds to its Japanese authenticity. Part of CityState Group, also owners of Las Pampas, Windows on Club Street and Il Teatro, the father-son proprietors pride themselves on extensive personal quality control. Ikukan is billed as a charcoal grill (yakitori) but expect some exceptions and favourites with a modern twist.
