Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton

Sylvain Portay has brought some of the best haute French cuisine in town to the light yet terrifically elegant setting of the Dining Room. Here, he serves up incisive flavours and some wonderful surprises in tasting menus ranging from three to eight courses. Feast on dishes such as lobster salad with haricots vert and caviar cream and seared day boat scallops resting on a brown butter emulsion.
