After successful stopovers in Provence and London (at Damien Hirst’s Pharmacy restaurant), this is Norwegian-Korean TV chef Sonja Lee’s third restaurant. She triumphs again with a buzzy atmosphere and a daily changing menu of authentic dishes like ricotta ravioli with crispy Parma ham and Alain Ducasse-inspired veal with macaroni gratin. The modern, terracottacoloured interior attracts a grown-up jet set who appreciate smooth service and traditional but entertaining dining. Last orders 10.30pm.
