This is one of the few restaurants in Madrid that serves food from the southern province of Murcia. Dishes include a wonderful arroz a la caldera (rice cooked in a rich fi sh and seafood stock) and dorada (bream) baked in a salt crust. Try habas con jamón (broad beans with ham) for the fi rst course. Good value for money. Booking is essential at the weekend.
