Madre’s, Spanish for mothers, was created by pop star/actress and tabloid favourite Jennifer Lopez to celebrate her Puerto Rican heritage, and her family. Madre’s serves dishes inspired by her grandmother and prepared by Executive Chef Rolando Gonzalez, who added native Cuban cuisine to the cigar box shaped menus.
