A non-profit organisation, Fifteen trains students from underprivileged backgrounds to pursue careers in catering. The restaurant continues to serve some of the best Italian food available in London, and the vibrant, informal trattoria offers an inspired menu. Getting a table here is easier than at the fine-dining restaurant.
