A fantastic restaurant, Kong Yiji Jiulou features classical dishes that have been forgotten in many other places. Its hallmark dish is dongpo rou—pork in a clay pot which is covered in a delicious sauce—and it’s worth ordering even if you don’t like fat as much as the Chinese do.
