Archeon Gefsis

The owners spent years perusing ancient texts and using scraps of information, and a few remaining bona fi de recipes, to reconstruct the cuisine of the ancient Greeks. They then set up this refreshingly original restaurant, where they serve such delicacies as fi sh in berry sauce or pork with honey. The emphasis is on authenticity, so you’ll only fi nd ingredients available in antiquity (i.e. no chips on the side) and no forks, while the waiters serve you in togas.
