A great deal of effort is being expended to bring the communal areas and one wing of this formerly neglected Sovietera hotel up to standard. This means that for small hotel prices you can take advantage of facilities normally found only in larger edifices. The spacious lobby is equipped with good-quality furnishings and rooms are decent if a little small. All are air conditioned and have internet connections. The neighbourhood is slightly drab, but it’s convenient for the centre and the business districts west and south of the main square. The restaurant area can be partitioned for meetings. |
