Frankfurt Airport (Tel: 01805 372 4636, website: www.frankfurt-airport.de), the busiest international airport in continental Europe, has excellent facilities for the business traveller. There are two terminals linked by a three-minute ride on the elevated Sky-Line railway. The majority of facilities are found in Terminal 1. The DB Service Point (Terminal 1, Level 0, Hall B) gives tourist information. The business lounge in Hall B of Terminal 1 can be used for a charge of €16.

Rail The Sheraton Hotel is linked to Terminal 1 and opposite it is the mainline railway station with platforms specially equipped for high-speed ICE trains. A shuttle bus runs every 10–15 minutes, linking the station with Terminal 2. Journeys between the airport and hotels in the city centre have a fl at rate charge of €25.
Car Follow signs to the B40, which will take you directly to the city centre. The journey takes 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. When returning to the airport follow highway A5 or A3 and look for the signs to the Flughafen (airport).

The Frankfurt Card costs €7.80 for one day, €11.50 for two days, and entitles you to free public transport (including to the airport) and reduced price admission to many museums and attractions.
