Looking good Nicolas Matar, former resident DJ at Pacha, brings a little taste of the Balearics to NYC at his cosy dance club and cocktail bar. Inside sits 250 maximum capacity beautiful people all high on champagne and swanning across the swimming-pool blue dance floor; it’s a scene which makes enduring a short wait with the surly doormen worthwhile.
