Can’t get a seat inside Fenway? No problem. Beer Works is right across the street and its blueberry and pumpkin ale beat the pants off that Miller Lite served inside the stadium. You can watch the play-by-play on one of many TV screens or wait to hear about all the action in person when the crowds rush in after the game.

With its high-def video wall, and six full bars, the 70,000 square-foot Jillian’s would be a fabulous spot to take in a game even if it weren’t across the street from Fenway Park. When your team is down, cheer yourself up at one of the entertainment complex’s 55 pool tables or upstairs in the arcade.

Founded by a group of former executives from ESPN sports network, The Place, despite exuding a low-key vibe, is known for its cutting edge audio visual equipment. Thanks to the connections of its owners, the bar also is a favourite broadcast location for local sports reporters.

The Rack boasts six 50-inch plasma screen TVs but the crowds come as much to ogle the gorgeous waitresses as the local team. Thanks to its legendary public relations machine, it’s not unusual to find members of the New England Patriots football team and Boston Celtics basketball team appreciating the scenery with you.
