Every apartment has two bedrooms, one double bed, two single beds, air conditioning, two bathrooms, full kitchen, television, independent phone lines, and a spacious living room with a large dining table suitable for meetings. Free movies are shown overnight on request.

The hotel is located on the very northeast edge of Tehran where you can see the mountains close-up and offers a panoramic view of Tehran. It has one and two-bedroom apartments, with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, TV, private telephone line, and loads of wall sockets to connect your own Internet/ e-mail. Breakfast is included. The European restaurant is open daily from 12pm to 3pm and from 6pm to 9pm. The sports centre has an indoor swimming pool, body-building and gymnastic equipment, and a sauna. The coffee shop is open from 9am to 9pm. The barber shop is open from 10am to 8pm. The hotel also has a parking lot.

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the city centre, except during rush hours, when it may take longer. The fully furnished self- contained apartments have three telephone lines in each apartment with a wake-up system. A computer, printer, and fax machine are available for each apartment on request. Cell phones are also available. The hotel has a 24-hour taxi service, rental cars, laundry service, parking and internet. Hotel staff can help hotel residents get visa extensions. Continental breakfast, taxi service to and from the airport, taxi service to and from the Tehran International Trade Fair (1 Oct to 10 Oct), and air ticket confirmation are included.
