Kuwait City / Dining / Indian

This small, hidden restaurant serves arguably the best Indian food in town. It has some Chinese as well, but even that tastes like Indian. The place has been around since 1974, as the furniture and decor will testify. Start with the hot and sour soup, then move on to a tandoori chicken (extra spicy if you can handle it) with some delectable daal. If you can overlook the shabby atmosphere for the greater purpose of giving your taste buds a real treat, go for it.

A master head chef cooks up favourites from different parts of India. These restaurants are a favourite among Indian and other expats as well as visitors to the city who come back repeatedly.
