More for relaxing than business and conferences, it’s still one of the most popular spots to stay in the city and is close to the American University of Beirut.

 

With incredible panoramic views over the Mediterranean, the Royal Plaza, is the hotel here to wake up in in the morning. Stay on the top floors to really enjoy the views but other benefits include the fact it’s only ten minutes from the airport, has a decent business centre and internet connections in the rooms though not wifi. It has a great pool on the roof too – that’s on the 12th story by the way.
