This is just the right place for the taste of tradition and authentic Japanese food. The menu is wide and varied and includes great quality sushi and raw juices for the healthily inclined. Check out some of the chef’s recommendations; the noodle and rice dishes are outstanding. The Nooch-Noodle Canteen and Bar was nominated for the Swiss Gastro Award last year, and well deserves the accolade.
