A no-nonsense, no-frills hotel that claims to give an excellent balance between service, quality and price. Other than fixed meal times, they also have a service called lève-tôt, from 4am-5am for early risers and lève-tard for late risers. Since December 2000, Swiss Ibis hotels provide a quality warranty that includes the 15-minutes promise, whereby the staff has to take care of any problem within 15 minutes. If not, the visit and stay of the guest is on the house.

A very comfortable hotel with modern interiors and good conference facilities. Check out the chef’s recommendations on the menu card. After your meetings and conferences, head to the well-equipped fitness centre, or to the bar for the drink of your choice and some soft music. You can check out the town of Kloten or take a train, bus or cab into Zurich. The hotel promises good service, however, the hotel website is far from user-friendly.
