Eat escargot with the mafi a, the diplomatic corps and the well-to-do at this expensive (by Lithuanian standards) yet quirkily rustic Mediterranean restaurant. Superb entrees like the roebuck fi let with cherry sauce and game pate, and the venison with spinach ravioli are accompanied by a fair choice of wines—though don’t be surprised if the dish you order is not available, these quality ingredients are sometimes hard to fi nd.
