Erik Videgard is the chef behind this luxurious, modern Chinese restaurant in Gamla Stan. His ambition is to serve high-class Chinese food in a traditional manner, and his inspirations are currently Szechuan and Canton. Each menu considers the balance of tastes, textures, ways of cooking and the way the food behaves in your mouth. Not your average Chinese restaurant, that’s for sure.

This new Japanese restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere where jazz tunes dominate. You can choose various sushi rolls from an exciting menu. And while you’re at it, why not have it with Japanese soda? Both are offered at low prices.

This is one of the oldest sushi restaurants in Stockholm and it has a fine reputation too. Its location on Kungsholmen is a bit off the beaten track, but people come from all over the city to get a bite of Roppongi sushi—and it’s well worth the trip.
