This quirky little bolthole in the centre of town caters for arty types and bohemians with a taste for the high life. The restaurant, which has tables on Witte de Withstraat, is wildly popular with locals and always packed throughout the summer. The three fl oors each have a different theme – Moroccan, African and Latin American – giving the place a global and slightly psychedelic feel, which is very Rotterdam. Make sure you request room 209, 307 or 405, which are the best.
