A calm atmosphere and large well-spaced tables make this a good place for a business lunch. Le Pamphlet’s refined three-course menu comes complete with all the frills of appetisers and petits fours that you’d expect in a much grander establishment. Indeed Alain Carrère is probably one of the most underrated chefs in Paris, with his carefully-prepared offerings including seasonal game, dishes from his native Béarn and excellent fish delivered twice a week from Brittany.
