Built in 1885, Nice’s Opera House has a programme of about 100 concerts, operas and ballet performances a [year]. Nice has its own orchestra, opera and ballet companies, but also welcomes visiting companies.

Inaugurated in 2001, this vast indoor/ outdoor stadium with 6,000 seats has hosted such shows as Lord of the Dance, Abba Mania and Night of the Proms. There are buses to and from Place Massena on show days.
