Malmo / Nightlife / Bar / Club

This eco-minded and quite exclusive restaurant is most famous for the oval bar area where local actors and intellectuals congregate to see and be seen. Since Brogatan stays [open] at least one hour later than most other establishments in town, this is where the pub crawl usually ends and the nightclubbing gets started.

Four floors, three dance floors, and loud dance music keep a young, hip and happening crowd on the dancefloor until the wee small hours of the morning.

American baseball-style, Gloria’s has the obligatory massive TV screens for soccer game screenings. Refreshment comes in the form of tasty grilled dishes and quality beers. If the Swedish national soccer team or Malmö FF happen to play when you’re in town, book a table at least two days in advance if you want to soak up the atmosphere here.

Although it’s officially a restaurant, many come here just to hang out at the bar. Möllan’s is a classic spot where local journalists flock at the weekends. The menu of grilled meat hasn’t changed for about 15 years but, despite this, it still does a fair trade. Come for a relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced good beers and some interesting conversation.

This is the biggest nightclub in Scandinavia; a huge futuristic building that holds three spacious dance floors (called vinyl, club and mainstream).
