There are three halls here, of which the largest is used for orchestral concerts. Pick of the local orchestras is the Radio-Sinfonie-Orchester-Frankfurt. The other two halls host chamber, instrumental and vocal recitals.

 

Be it world music or modern jazz, this venue housed in a former bakery presents live concerts of every variety. If you are into salsa don’t miss the legendary noche de salsa held here on Wednesday nights.

 

This IMAX theatre located in the Zeilgalerie shopping complex is where you can don the magic specs and watch fi lms in 3D.

 

Situated on Frankfurt’s Jazzgasse (Jazz Alley) where many leading jazz musicians have cut their musical teeth, this is Germany’s oldest jazz club and a renowned concert venue that has hosted jazz legends from around the world.

 

Here you will fi nd top-class performances of opera and ballet. The ballet company has been directed since 1984 by the American choreographer William Forsythe, and has an unashamedly avant-garde repertoire.
