The diverse and creative menu distinguishes Tse Yang from other Chinese restaurants. The chefs seem to be totally immune to Western infl uences as they turn out a variety of Chinese regional dishes including a very special Szechuan-style spicy pork and chicken in soy sprouts with oyster mushrooms.
