SACO—contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments converted from grand Victorian townhouses—have been awarded a five-star grading by the Welsh Tourist Board. With views of Sophia Gardens, fully equipped kitchens, and master bedrooms with king size beds, SACO apartments come highly recommended. Although not in central Cardiff, they’re not far from the nightlife of Pontecanna. Please be aware that reception is by appointment only.
