Cardiff / Accommodation / Business

Cardiff’s Marriott boasts a prestigious location in the centre of town, a stone’s throw from the bustling nightlife of Mill Lane, only minutes from Cardiff central station, the Millennium Stadium and the Cardiff International Arena. If you’re not a night owl, you may want to ask for a room at the back as some rooms can be a bit noisy. With eight meeting rooms and attentive service, the Marriott is ideal for business travellers. Get set up for the day with the hearty Welsh buffet-style breakfast.

Reflecting its situation on the Bay, The Hanover has a maritime theme with aqua-marine colour schemes and deck promenades. It’s a pleasant, four-star hotel, that offers 10 meeting rooms with a 10 to 200 capacity and more than adequate leisure facilities including sauna, spa, steam rooms and solarium. It could be criticised for being a little shabby in places, but the friendly and attentive service makes up for this.

Victorian-style Jury’s has a decent location adjacent to the Cardiff International Arena and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is getting a little shabby and could do with a bit of renovation but otherwise the hotel provides a comfortable stay. There are flexible conference facilities capable of hosting up to 300 delegates, and an Irish pub where you can relax with a pint.
