Food—or reference to it—seems to be everywhere you look at the Bilderberg Garden Hotel. When booking a room, you chose between a salad green, salmon pink or grape blue theme for the colour. Executive rooms—accessed through a private lift—are either cherry red or grape blue. In all rooms, fresh fruit is delivered in the evening before bed and is also available throughout the day in the corridors. If you are attending a meeting, you will be in the Cappuccino, Cherry or Chocolate room. There is also a fine restaurant serving eight-course 'taster menu’ dinners. Business facilities include conference rooms capable of holding 175 people and reception facilities for 400.

Built at the end of the 19th century, this building originally functioned as a Roman Catholic orphanage, later as an old age home and then as a youth hostel. A few years ago, a number of renovations upgraded it to a three-star hotel. It is now considered one of the hottest hotels in town. The minimalist rooms are airy but warm and six suites were added in 2004. Along with the comfortable accommodation, the hotel restaurant (TODINE), bar (TODRINK) and club (TONIGHT) are all popular. These are pictured later in the dining section.
