This upmarket expat residential complex offers one to four-bedroom apartments, all with their own balconies. A lack of dining facilities is obviously due to the fact that it lies on one of the city’s best bar and restaurant strips, Hengshan Road. The International Tennis Centre and gymnasium are only down the road. It’s easy to see why this residence is home to so many of the city’s movers and shakers.

At the right time of year, the rates for these apartments can be quite a bargain, especially considering the location. Do book well in advance. Two and threebedroom apartments are available, as well as one-bedroom bungalows near the pool. All the standard housekeeping services are provided and the staff are really friendly. A nice range of restaurants is available on site and many local ones are a short walk away.

Only 16kms from Pudong International Airport, you’ll be here in no time. The beautifully appointed one, two and three-bedroom apartments leave no detail unattended. Staff speak very clear and polite English (always a treat in China), there’s a French restaurant on site and breakfast is also available.
