The bar has 180 wines from around the world chosen by the recognised ‘wine list architect’ Jeffery Benson. More sedate. Leather armchairs and a convivial, smoky atmosphere are the backdrop for sipping from the excellent range of drinks. Has a coffee-shop menu.

A place for business networking rather than hanging loose, the Polo Lounge has an impressive cigar collection. Hyatt Club members get a discount.
